Return & Refund Policy


We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unworn and unused

In the same condition as received

With tags attached

Lace uncut

In the original packaging

With proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and find the best solution for you.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

1. Custom-made wigs or personalized orders

2. Wigs with lace cut or altered

3. Sale items or gift cards


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
